Examples of Substitutions;
Instead of Pasturized Milk or Soy Milk, use Almond or Rice Milk.
Instead of Sugar or artificial sweeteners, use natural forms such as Honey, pure grade B Maple Syrup, Stevia or Xylitol.
Always use Real Butter, never Margarine.
